This process had many benefits for our staff including understanding each others needs, which led to healthier communication. Jack helped us identify some areas where we were prone to have weaknesses in our organization. Once we identified these areas through the FIRO™ instrument, we were able to be intentional about addressing these blind spots, and better serve our community.
The workshop Jack led on Intergenerational Communication was my favorite of the day. I like to embrace change, but I think I was expecting younger workers to over time, move to how I see/value work, but this really made me realize that I would be the one changing, and it gave me good insight personally and professionally on people I am around.
I learned a lot about myself and the assessment really explained a lot about myself. So I now know what I need to work on in my personal/work life and also understanding how others feel about conflict.
The workshop on Coaching was really informative and completely makes sense to use with others. Great information from the speaker, Mr. Witt. He left a good amount of time for questions and answers.”
