Jack has spent most of his career helping people live and work better together. Throughout the early years of his work with nonprofit and for-profit corporations he grew increasingly concerned over the lack of social competencies among adults. He started exploring ways to help people grow in those skills and focused his attention on social-emotional wellness.
Now as a leading expert in social-emotional intelligence, he consults and trains in both nonprofit and private sector corporations on social-emotional competencies, conflict resolution and interpersonal workplace relationships.
Jack developed Social-emotional wellness programs currently being used with students on elementary through high school campuses throughout northern and central California.
He also writes and speaks nationally helping managers and front line workers in social services with self-awareness, skill-building, and problem-solving.
In addition to multiple professional certifications, Jack has a master’s degree in Strategic Leadership and is a Certified Coach and Institute of Social-Emotional Intelligence certified practitioner and coach.
Jack lives in California with his beautiful wife Pamela. He enjoys cycling and the ability to explore different parts of the nation through professional travels and trips to see his five grandsons.
