Work-Related

Marriage creates some odd relationships as individuals are artificially grafted into an existing family tree… for better or worse.  If you think about it, the workplace creates its own artificial relationships; we are, for better or worse, work-related.

I try to write about things that are interesting and yet helpful in providing clarity to the dynamics of workplace relationships.  The greatest help I’ve received through the years has been on occasions where someone gave voice and vocabulary to things I knew were happening, but I just couldn’t identify them very well.

Please post a response and contribute your thoughts to conversations I believe will help us all improve.
